Anyone interested in attending the Mars Volta concert at UCI on Jan. 30th should know that pre-sale tickets went on sale today. The password is "wax". The tickets are a little pricey, but myself and the Rabbi will most likely attend. The show is the day after their new album comes out, so it should be pretty sweet. I just purchased two tickets, and the Rabbi may purchase a couple more if anyone is interested. Or you could just look at this creepy poster and be on your way.

I saw "An Evening w/ The Mars Volta" at the Ventura Theatre. They came on stage, didn't say hello to the crowd, and immediately started kicking ass. Literally three hours later: "We are The Mars Volta! Goodnight."
